Outside is a community tasking app that makes it fun and easy for people to help each other with their daily errands and inconveniences.
Outside seeks to act as an enabler for individuals so that they will be able to look for more opportunities to outsource day-to-day micro inconveniences and help others in need. The geolocation technologies implemented in the app allows users to look for tasks and helpers more effectively, additional functions such as task alert, in-app chat, escrow payments and e-wallet allows for much more convenience and security.

This is an app created by Outside Technologies Private Limited.
Outside is a community app based in Singapore and is currently in Found8's Elevate (Google For Startups) and "The Start" partnered by StartupX and Temasek Holdings.
Outside is created to make it easier for users to seek and provide help to each others by restructuring the helpsourcing process and facilitating the task processes. We have been coined by the media to be the "Pokemon Go for Errands" recently and we believe this "high concept pitch" may help with our user's understanding.
Similar concepts to help as reference would be Taskrabbit (US)and Airtasker (AU). We're inherently different as we verify and enable the community to assist each other and not onboarding service providers and people who need help separately (on-demand apps or marketplaces like servishero,ovvy or carousell). Our predecessors would include Taskamigo and Laborme, which attempted to harness the power of community and the differing opportunity cost for every individual to potentially make lower cost of services.
Our team has previously worked on the potential usage of blockchain technologies, implementation of credit systems and even timebanking before understanding from our users that the cash system is the best way to go about it as different errands and individuals have different opportunity cost and value.
